Are you interested in training at Balcones Fitness? 

We have a few different ways that you can get started here at Balcones Fitness. Before you do anything, we invite you to come try out any of our group classes on us. No cost to you, just come see how we do things.

Step 1 – No Sweat Intro

Sit down with a Balcones coach for a private 20 minute chat. No sales pressure, just a chance to get to know one another and see what will work best for you. You may attend a class before or after your No Sweat Intro free of charge.

Step 2- Elements

It can be difficult to jump right into one of our group classes, we do many different exercises, and we want you to have some familiarity with them before you start.

Elements consists of 5 personal training sessions that will guide you through training at Balcones Fitness. You’ll learn how to execute our movements safely and effectively and work through different workouts in each session. We’ll also talk about how to approach training with us,nutrition, scaling, and things you can do on your own to maximize the effectiveness of our training.

Step 3 – Join Our Community

Once you finished  your elements program, you may continue with personal training, or start a class membership. Either way, you’ll be well on your way to a fitter, healthier you!
