Our program is designed to create a healthy relationship with food. We want you to understand how different types of food affect your health and body composition, but without layering on the stress of “dieting.” We will help you sort out fact from fiction when it comes to nutrition and give you a plan that you can carry with you indefinitely, making positive lifestyle changes. Diet is such an ugly word. It brings to light many negative connotations of withholding and being miserable. We are NOT that program. It’s hard to figure out where to begin on a new diet or nutrition plan that’s why we are here to help.

We offer three options to best suit your needs.

1- Basic Nutrition Package- $79

Call this Nutrition 101. It is designed to give you basic nutrition knowledge on how different elements of nutrition affect your body. You’ll learn the basics of macronutrient breakdowns and how each is utilized in your body.

Includes: A 45 minute meeting with our nutrition coach, current diet assessment, body fat assessment, food choice list, and 1 week template.

2- Customized Nutrition Package $179

This 4 week nutrition package is intended for individuals who want a more specific plan to target their goals: weight loss, weight gain or to improve performance in their sport. This program offers the opportunity to receive an individualized plan, based on body fat calculations and lean body mass, tailored specifically to the needs of the individual. It includes a pre- and post- consultation to assess goals and follow-up success.

Includes: A 45 minute meeting with our nutrition coach, current diet assessment, body fat assessment, food choice list, 4 week customized nutrition plan, food log review and feedback during the 4 weeks, and a 30 minute follow up at the end of the program including final body fat test.

3- Premium Customized Nutrition Package -$399

Our 8 week program is our most comprehensive option. It is intended for individuals who want a more specific approach tot their nutrition, and also need additional accountability to support them through the progress. You’ll receive an individualized plan based on body fat calculations and lean body mass and 20 minute follow up sessions every 2 weeks. Additionally, we will be able to make tweaks and adjustments along the way based on your progress.

Includes: A 45 minute meeting with our nutrition coach, current diet assessment, body fat assessment, food choice list, 4 week customized nutrition plan, food log review and feedback during the 4 weeks, and a 30 minute follow up at the end of the program including final body fat test, 20 minute consultations every 2 weeks to keep you accountable and on track.
